Michael MWIN Nguyen is a multidisciplinary creative strategist, digital media professional, and contemporary pop artist whose work bridges technology, storytelling, and visual culture. With experience spanning digital operations, content strategy, and artistic direction, he focuses on building meaningful connections between brands, communities, and audiences through innovative communication and creative expression.

As a member of the social media and digital content team at Firefighting Labs, Michael contributes to the development of strategic storytelling, brand communication, and digital engagement initiatives that support athlete development, community outreach, and performance culture. His role combines market analysis, content strategy, and creative direction to help translate the academy’s mission into compelling digital experiences across social platforms and media campaigns.

Professionally, Michael operates at the intersection of digital operations, data-driven strategy, and creative communication through his work with Kismet XYZ and Omnisense Labs. Specializing in market analysis and content strategy, he focuses on transforming complex insights into actionable growth strategies, optimizing workflows, and building narratives that strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
Alongside his work in technology and strategy, Michael is also a contemporary pop artist working under the name MWIN. Over the past seven years, he has developed a multidisciplinary art practice centered around hand-painted garments and traditional canvas works with expressive storytelling. His artwork has been exhibited throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hawaii, and internationally across audiences in Asia.

Gagandeep Waraich is an attorney and legal operations strategist with a background spanning trial litigation, corporate transactions, business operations, compliance, intellectual property, and international commercial matters. He brings a rare combination of courtroom judgment and business-side execution, with experience advising on contracts, risk allocation, corporate structure, commercial negotiations, regulatory exposure, and dispute prevention.

As Head of Legal Operations for Kismet XYZ Inc. and legal counsel for Kismet Trades, Gagandeep supports business development and transaction execution across domestic and international matters. His work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, joint venture documents, non-circumvention and confidentiality agreements, referral and commission structures, services agreements, corporate governance materials, intellectual property and trademark-related matters, and international trade documentation involving ICC-based commercial practices. He is especially focused on building legal frameworks that allow business teams to move quickly without losing control of risk.

Before moving into business and corporate legal operations, Gagandeep built his foundation as a trial attorney. He served as a Deputy Public Defender in Orange County, where he handled criminal cases from intake through trial, litigated suppression and discovery motions, cross-examined expert witnesses, conducted preliminary hearings, negotiated case resolutions, and tried jury cases. He later served as Deputy Trial Counsel for the State Bar of California, investigating and prosecuting attorney discipline matters involving professional responsibility and ethics. That background gives him a practical, adversarial understanding of evidence, credibility, leverage, and consequences — skills that carry directly into business negotiations and risk management.
